We Take Soil Health Seriously Because We Take Your Health Seriously
Organic Farming
Practicing organic farming methods is only part of our equation for cultivating nutrient-rich plants. The other part is we do everything we can to leave the soil in a better place than we found it every time we're done harvesting.
Organic and regenerative farming methods are not the same on all farms. Growing nutrient-dense whole foods requires a real commitment to the soil – a commitment not everyone is willing to make.
For decades, our dedication to cultivating healthy soil has allowed us to maximize the nutrient density in our products, delivering them as close to nature as possible, and producing the kind of nutritional vitality that changes lives.
Soil Health
Our soil has vitality. It is literally a bio-diverse community thriving with thousands of living organisms. The continuous cycle of life in our soil cultivates a natural source of plant nutrition versus relying on petroleum-based fertilizers. Our organic farming methods foster good aggregation, air and water movement, high organic matter, and the right combination of microorganisms.
Organic Farming
We take a holistic approach to organic farming. Our organic certification guarantees there are no synthetic pesticides and no genetically modified organisms (GMOs) used to grow our crops. There are no rescue methods in organic farming. We rely solely on our farmers, our diverse rotations, and the resilience of our living soil.
Regenerative Farming
We believe responsible farming doesn’t just take from the earth – it gives back to it. Our regenerative and conservation farming practices help to ensure that the soil we pass on to future generations will be healthier than the soil we inherited. We give our soil the time and care it needs to replenish its biodiversity – which is not only essential to the quality of our products, but also to the sustainability of the environment.

Explore the Farm“The most unique thing about our harvested products is that they don’t travel across the country to get processed, they simply travel down the road.”
Christine Mason
Farm Operations Manager
We protect vital nutrients by harvesting our crops only when they are ready.
Once our crops reach their prime harvesting time, we transport them directly to our farm’s on-site juicing and drying facilities to begin the processing cycle. Farm products then travel down the road to our manufacturing facility to continue being processed and inspected for quality.
From soil to supplement, we apply stringent standards throughout our entire process – always setting a high bar with excellence as our standard.

Our Organic Farming Methods
Nature provides the foundation for all our nutritional needs. It has always been our mission to protect it at all cost. We have led the way in innovative organic farming and regenerative practices to ensure that the quality of our farmland is maintained for years to come. Today, our Nutrition Innovation Center is putting science behind many of the practices we have used for years. These methods not only improve our products, but also our world for the future.
Seed Selection
We use certified organic seeds whenever they are available, whether they are purchased or seeds saved from our own farm. We never use genetically modified seeds.
Farming Technology
We utilize many of the latest tools, including GPS technology to plant and cultivate with higher accuracy, the Einbock Cultivator for precise weeding at high speeds, and drones to evaluate our plants, soil, and more.
Environmental Buffers
Our farm is surrounded on all sides by environmental buffers to minimize the impact of nonagricultural land and synthetic inputs from conventional farming practices.
Weed Control
Organic weed-control standards are strictly adhered to through weed management techniques including cultivating, mowing, hand weeding, cover crops, drone technology, and crop rotation.
Composting
We use composting, nature’s way of recycling, to increase fertility and soil health on the farm. It also keeps more than 2 million pounds of byproduct solids out of landfills annually.
Soil Samples
Soil samples are taken annually to determine mineral and nutrient levels in the soil. No synthetic fertilizers or pesticides are ever used in our organic growing process.
